Any applicant who does not meet the standard admissions criteria, regardless of category, may apply to the Admissions Committee (AC) for a review of their application to determine whether some of those requirements can be waived.

In addition to all regular application materials, students also need to submit the following information:

  • A written statement which includes the student's goals, educational and/or professional objectives, an explanation of past academic performance, information and/or documentation regarding any extenuating circumstances, and any other information the student wishes to have considered.
  • Three signed letters of recommendation from individuals who know of and can attest to the student's academic ability.

The Admissions Committee may grant students regular admission, provisional admission, or may recommend that a student attend a vocational college before reapplying for admission to KMTC.
