Admission Process

We pride ourselves on meeting the needs of our students. And that attitude starts the moment you complete your application for admission. By applying for admission, you're formally stating your intention to join a leading institution that offers countless opportunities for academic achievement, and yes, a path to degree programs for those who did not meet the minimum requirements for outright university enrollment.

What to do

  • Participate in our  Discover KeiWay program. (Reservations required)
  • Visit a class just to get a feel of how being a KeiWay student feels like. Class lists and schedules are available at the Admission Office in the main Campus or at the ICT Center shortly after the start of each academic quarter. Please note that class visits are not permitted during final exams or the intensive schools based sessions in April, August or December.
  • Attend a 30-minute question and answer session with current KeiWay students during one of our Student lead Forums
  • Visit the Offices of Admission and Financial Aid to ask general questions.
  • Meet with a faculty or staff member in an academic department of interest. (Please make an appointment directly with the department in advance of your visit.)

You should know

When planning your visit, remember even if it's for your informational purposes only, KeiWay conducts on-campus admission interviews as part of the early admission process. Prospective students are however encouraged to visit on a weekday because most departments, including the Admission Office, are closed on weekends.
